Our standard fees are as follows:-
Management Fee – 10% (+ VAT) or 12% inclusive of VAT
Tenancy Set Up Fee – £200 (+ VAT) or £240.00 inclusive of VAT
Maintenance Fee – 5% (+ VAT) of the job invoice or 6% inclusive of VAT
Refurbishment/Project Management Fee – 10% (+ VAT) of the total invoices or 12% inclusive of VAT
